Terms of Service

By using ComboCentral ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What ComboCentral Is

ComboCentral is a fan-made, community-run marketplace and information hub for CABAL Online. It is a tool that helps players find each other and organise trades more easily — nothing more. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ESTsoft, ESTgames or PlayThisGame. All game names, items, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be capable of forming a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account. One account per person — duplicate accounts may be merged, restricted, or removed.

3. Trades Are Between Users — ComboCentral Is Not a Party

Every trade on ComboCentral — whether it involves in-game items, in-game currency (Alz), services, or real money (PayPal, Revolut, or any other method) — is made solely between the users involved. ComboCentral only provides the tools to make trading easier (listings, messaging, and an optional escrow service). ComboCentral: - is not a party to any trade and never buys, sells, holds, or delivers items, currency, or services; - does not receive, process, hold, or transfer any real-money payment between users — payments go directly from one user to another; - does not guarantee that any trade will complete, that an item/currency/service will be delivered, that payment will be sent, or that either party is honest; - accepts no responsibility or liability for the outcome, quality, timing, legality, or safety of any trade. You trade entirely at your own risk. Trade carefully, and use escrow for anything significant.

4. Listings, Auctions & Trades

Listings and auctions must accurately describe the item, service, or currency being offered. Prohibited: fraudulent listings, real-money sale of items/services where prohibited by the game's own terms, scamming, and circumventing the platform's escrow or reporting systems.

5. Escrow Service

Our optional escrow service is provided to reduce trade risk but does not guarantee a dispute-free outcome. Escrow agents and staff make resolution decisions based on evidence submitted by both parties, at the platform's discretion. Using escrow does not transfer responsibility for the trade to ComboCentral, and does not waive your responsibility to trade carefully.

6. Featured Listings & Boosts

Boosted/featured listings may be purchased using in-game currency (Alz) or real money (EUR, USD, or other currencies enabled by the platform), depending on what's currently accepted. Real-money boost payments are made manually to the payment details shown in-app and verified by our team via a support ticket — ComboCentral does not automatically process or store payment card details. Boost purchases are non-refundable once the listing has been featured.

7. Referral Program

Users may earn free boosts by referring new members, subject to the reward conditions shown on the Referrals page. ComboCentral may change, pause, or end the referral program, or the reward amount, at any time. Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account action.

8. Platform Fees

ComboCentral may charge platform fees on some services (e.g. escrow fees). Any applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, either party may open a support ticket. The platform may review available evidence and offer a decision at its sole discretion, as a community courtesy only. This is not a legal, financial, or delivery guarantee, and does not make ComboCentral responsible for the trade.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComboCentral, its staff, and its escrow agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from: trades between users (real-money or in-game), non-delivery, non-payment, or scams by another user; account security breaches caused by user negligence; actions taken by the game's publisher; or events outside our reasonable control. The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
